Hi Ramin
You may already have noticed that the *english* error message should be
modified in messages.xml, not messages_en.properties (see the top of
messages_en.properties).
The messages.xml file is used to generate messages_en.properties.
Non-english messages are modified in the messages_*.properties files as
you suggest.
