Thoughts on a DerbyHelpWanted wiki page

This might be controversial, but I was wondering opinions on setting up 
a DerbyHelpWanted wiki page where users could post their needs and then 
independent developers could contact them directly off-line to make 
arrangements. It might encourage more freelance activity around Derby 
and it would be  another option for users trying to get a fix.

Thoughts?
