Instead of:
The SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_COMPRESS_TABLE system procedure creates statistics for
indexes if the statistics do not already exist.
something like:
The SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_COMPRESS_TABLE system procedure will update statistics on
all indexes as
part of the index rebuilding process.
The reality is that we create a new statistic if no statistic existed, and we
update existing statistics with
current full information if they already existed. But I am not sure the
documentation need say that.
