Since the patch contains only disabled code for creating an empty Clob
that is locator enabled, I will run the following suites
1) jdbcapi
2) jdbc4
Pls do tell me if you think this will not suffice and I need to run more tests
I will do so.
I ran jdbc4/TestConnectionMethods it passed.
