Is the use of the constants DRDA_TYPE_NLOBLOC and DRDA_TYPE_LOBLOC for clobs in
NetStatementRequest correct? I would have thought that DRDA_TYPE_NCLOBLOC and
DRDA_TYPE_CLOBLOC should have been used instead.
