It would be nice if there was a section in the documentation that details how a
user's hardware, or OS or filesystem choices affect the database.
For instance, DERBY-2020 reflects a change of how log files are created.
Another example to document maybe would be whether a database can be spread
over separate disks. Or what happens if a user creating a database doesn't have
a umask setting that enables writes...
