Thanks a lot Narayanan and Knut.
After some more investigation, I figured that the Locator support needed to
implement the suggested solution is not yet complete on the trunk.
Also, regarding the drawbacks narayanan mentioned, I feel drawback 2) could
degrade the performance considerably because of more number of round-trips even
before the execution.
I think, It make sense to revisit this issue later (probably after 10.3).
