Thanks Dag, I think you are right, the syntax should be gathered together to
make it more clear that there's a single CREATE TABLE statement with variant
syntax.
Attached is docs_v2.diff, with a single syntax diagram, and an updated version
of the HTML file for easier reviewing.
Please have another look.
