The right kind of relative path I would expect in a patch would be something
like:
Index: java/engine/org/apache/derby/impl/io/JNLPStorageFactory.java
I use a particularly finicky version of patch, if someone else is sucessfully
applying the patches included let me know. I expect
patches to be relative to the top of the source tree, ie. the opensource
directory.
