I have developed a MBean to start / stop a Derbuy Network server. This
allows me to start Derby in Network Mode when I start my webapp in Tomcat
and stop Derby when I stop the webapp. This way I have the equivalent of an
embedded Derby server with the possibility of integration-tests using
HttpUnit and DBUnit.
I can contribute this code if you are interested.
