Hi Myrna,
I think you have the required permissions to do it yourself. What I did,
was
* checked out the DB site repositories at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/db/site/
* edited projects/derby/project.xml
* ran "maven site:deploy"
* committed the changes
There's also a helpful README.txt in the repository.
