I am guessing when eclipse you are using a newer version of subversion than
when you are accessing it via the command line. Either check your path to make

Yes, you should svn delete lang/declareGlobalTempTableJava.java ,
master/declareGlobalTempTableJava.out and remove the test from derbylang.runall
