Question about derby.system.bootAll & friends

In https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-2182, we are unsure of
the status of the properties

    derby.system.bootAll        
    derby.database.noAutoBoot
    derby.service.mydatabase=serviceDirectory

These are still implemented, but not documented. Is this intentional,
and if so, why? If you can shed some light on this, we would
appreciate it.
