For section 4.2.2 (second to last paragraph, the one starting "Replace the 4th
paragraph") - Derby does not support SQL-invoked methods.
The PARAMETER STYLE section of CREATE FUNCTION and PROCEDURE state how the
method is to be resolved, which is vague in terms of where to find the
information but precise in that the rules are defined elsewhere.
Missed that isVarArgs method, was instead looking for information at the
parameter level, thanks
