Resolution: Won't Fix
I think I am going to close this Won't fix because
1) The test doesn't exist anymore so it is not hanging up test runs.
2) The user scenario where both DriverManager and DataSource connections are
used in the same application would be quite rare I think.
Someone can reopen if they decide to fix.
