Regarding the DOTS links, the solution is simple: strip the integrate/ part
from the URLs:
derbydotsscripts.tar.gz:
http://db.apache.org/derby/binaries/derbydotsscripts.tar.gz
derbydotsresults.tar.gz:
http://db.apache.org/derby/binaries/derbydotsresults.tar.gz
The heading for APPENDIX A in
http://db.apache.org/derby/integrate/DOTS_Derby.htm is wrong, it should say
"derbydotsscripts.tar.gz contents" , not "Derbyscripts.tar.gz contents".
