Just right, that file ends like this:

I get the same result with running with Java 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6.
So for some reason, this file is not getting generated correctly...
I do not have this problem on the docs trunk. I will dig some more...
The file "rrefsqlj14122.dita" is identical to the one in trunk, btw.
