After pushing the restriction down (PredicateList.java @ 1468), it seems
queries with < and <= restrictions are executed nicely. But > and >= are not.
Materialization of the row_number() column happens too late, so even if you get
the correct base table rows, they are still numbered starting from 1 it seems.
