(Working with the database connection URL attributes) contains a list of
connection URL attributes. This list is missing a few attributes; it's hard to
maintain. The list should be removed and replaced with a reference to the topic
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ref/rrefattrib24612.html (Setting
attributes for the database connection URL), which contains subtopics on all
the supported attributes. Also, the reference to the minimal Reference Manual
topic "Derby Database Connection URL Syntax'"
(http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ref/rrefjdbc27433.html) should be replaced
with a link to http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/devguide/cdevdvlp17453.html
(Derby JDBC database connection URL), which will have complete syntax once
DERBY-3274 is completed.
