I have been trying to integrate the preliminary failover patch here and the
failover
implementation patch submitted as part of Derby-3254 and I found a few issues in
both patches.
1) The patch failover_impl_3205_NotForCommit_v1.diff needs to use
Monitor#findServiceModule
instead of Monitor#bootServiceModule in RawStore#failover().
I shall enumerate the issues found in the failover implementation in the jira
for that issue.
