Just to make sure I have gotten this right, I understand that this only makes 
the debug action available. The first time (in a clean trunk) you press the 
debug button, you still have to generate the actual debug target. This target 
specifies what is to be run (for instance ij).

We could also consider adding a default debug target, for instance running ij. 
Changing this target is pretty easy when you have the classpath set up. I think 
doing this would add another file in the repos: nbproject/ide-file-targets.xml. 
This would however be handled under a separate issue.
