There are a number of formatting errors in the localization property files:
- DRDA_InvalidValue.U appears twice in the drda property files (english and
translations)
- Spurious linefeed for XCL21.S in messages_zh_TW.properties
- Quadruple single quote rather than double single quote for contraction
apostrophes in messages_it.properties
