Attaching derby-3375.diff which adds translations for messages that were new in
10.3 . (Messages added after the 103 release has not been translated. This
reduced the number of untranslated messages from 68/69 to 40.
I only had access to translations for de_DE, es, fr, it, ja_JP, ko_KR, zh_CN
and zh_TW.
Some changes have also been made to existing messages, so anyone familiar with
one of these locales are particularly encouraged to review the patch.
