Two of the JDBC 2.0 files to be removed are cross-referenced from the topic
rrefjdbc96386.dita, "Mapping of java.sql.Blob and java.sql.Clob interfaces". I
will remove these cross-references. Other changes to rrefjdbc96386.dita can be
part of another subtask.
