Error message not helpful enough

When you start the ij tool, and before connecting, if u try to issue the
CONNECT command, the error message which comes out is:
IJ ERROR: Unable to establish connection.
eg:
bash-3.00# ij
ij version 10.4
ij> CONNECT;
IJ ERROR: Unable to establish connection
This could be further improved into letting the user enter parameters or
printing the right syntax for an existing command. This will be more helpful to
the user.
