I forgot to mention that the patches I have uploaded also address the problem
seen in DERBY-3153, it didn't seem very useful to try to filter out the changes
that were relevant for that report as some of them were just as relevant for
this one. So, if these patches get committed I believe DERBY-3153 can be closed
as well.
