FYI on why the JDK 1.5 specific JMX permissions work in the policy file in JDK
1.4.
Any unresolved permission is automatically resolved to
java.security.UnresolvedPermission and re-resolved later.
This is actually needed for application defined permission classes where the
system cannot load them until the policy has been created, otherwise their
static initialization code could take advantage of the lack of security policy
at that time.
