v2 patches mostly committed Revision: 632125 - Thanks Vemund.
I did not commit the change to SysinfoLocaleTest as it causes the test to fail
if emma jars are not in the classpath.
Seems that ant junit-all continued to work with ant 1.6, I didn't perform a
whole run, apart form SysinfoLocaleTest it didn't look as though the changes
would cause any failures.
I didn't test it with EMMA.
