It looks as if the fix was applied only to the trunk version of the topic,
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ref/rrefsistabs24269.html. The statement
that the Fix Version is 10.4 bears this out.
The topic is still incorrect in the 10.3, 10.2, and 10.1 versions as well as in
the 10.0 version that the issue refers to. (The topic file name changed from
sqlj165 to rrefsistabs24269 at 10.1.) I don't know if it's necessary to
backport the fix to all those releases -- kind of a judgment call.
