The third version.
I merged jdbcapi/SavepointJdbc30_JSR169 and /jdbcapi/SavepointJdbc30_XA back
into one file. The split and jdbcapi/savepointJdbc30_XA.java is mentioned here:
http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/CdcTesting so that should be changed also..
and I think I have set everything up properly with the decorators this time.
Please comment.
