Fix Version/s: 10.4.0.0
Necessary analysis for this issue has been done. The documentation
based on the analysis and discussions have been added as part
of issue Derby-3169 (Thanks to Kim for the fine work related to this
documentation).
Resolving this issue since the issue analysis and documentation has
been done.
