Uploading derby-3223-1c, which adds the heuristic for checking whether a
role being created is already known by Derby to be a user id, see code
in CreateRoleConstantAction#knownUser.
I will probably stop the experimental patch at this point, unless someone
wants an update, as it has grown way too large, and start breaking it up into
smaller patches for commit, now that I feel more confident that the approach
yields
working code :)
