Kim Haase updated DERBY-3622:
-----------------------------

    Attachment: rrefemptystmtcache.html
                DERBY-3622-2.diff

Thanks for that information and pointer, Knut Anders. I have added the
information in the javadoc to the topic -- if we say that the cache is not
guaranteed to be empty, I think people will want to know why. If this seems
like too much information, though, please let me know. The new diffs file is
DERBY-3622-2.diff, and I've added the new version of rrefemptystmtcache.html
also.

> Currently, the reference manual describes the
> SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_EMPTY_STATEMENT_CACHE system procedure like this[1]:
> > The SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_EMPTY_STATEMENT_CACHE stored procedure is a useful
> > diagnostic tool.
> The description should state what the procedure does, not only that it's
> useful. (I'm not even sure it's true that it is a diagnostic tool.)
