Add emma.jar and emma_ant.jar to tools/java/ directory

If emma.jar and emma_ant.jar was added to the tools/java/ directory, developers
would not have to download the jars themselves to be able to run codecoverage
measurements. The ant tasks for running the tests with EMMA would work out of
the box.
