Fix For: 10.5.0.0
The classes under java/demo/vtis were excluded from the standard build because
they relied on Java 5 features. Now that we require that people use a Java 5
(or later) compiler, we can wire this code into the standard build just as the
rest of the demo code is wired into the standard build.
