Kathey Marsden commented on DERBY-1764:
---------------------------------------

It looks like the patch included some other changes already committed, so I
just made the change manually to drain results and committed. With this change
we seem to no longer be hitting DERBY-3789 on Windows. I think that leaves us
with only DERBY-3757 to resolve. I think for that Mike added a comment that we
can just remove the assertion.

> Currently, stress.multi consists of a number of sql scripts that are run in
> ij. It often fails with cryptic error messages, and since it uses ij, there
> is often no stack trace. It would be very useful to rewrite the test in JUnit
> so that we can get better error messages and stack traces when it fails.
