Attaching DERBY-2388.diff and DERBY-2388.stat. This patch removes the topics
"Core JDBC java.sql classes, interfaces, and methods" (crefjdbc25142.dita) and
"java.sql.BatchUpdateException class" (rrefjdbc87220.dita). It also moves the
topics "java.sql.SQLException class" (rrefjdbc16643.dita) and "java.sql.SQLXML
interface" (rrefjdbcrefsqlxml.dita) to more logical locations.
