Please review the 10.4.2 RELEASE_NOTES.html which I have attached to
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-3820 Some more bug fixes may
be ported to 10.4 before I build the release candidate, but those fixes
won't change the release notes substantially. Please get your review
comments to me this week.
