Attached patch d3561_classesFix.diff which is supposed to fix this issue also
when running with classes directory instead of jars in the classpath. The fix
is simply to add the same "unregister" permission to the "classes" domain in
ServerPropertiesTest.policy as was added to the "derby.jar" domain in revision
644248.
suites.All passed cleanly in 10.4 branch (classes and jars), running against
trunk now. I intend to commit to trunk and 10.4 shortly, barring any failing
test runs.
