I think it is better to include the one which has combined ui and doc plugins.
I saw one question on the list asking for the doc plugin for the 10.1 release,
am searching for an answer for that. So to avoid such questions in the future I
think it is better to include both of them.
There is no change in the plugins, so no need to change the "how to"page.
