Kim, uploading my some drafts I did, feel free to use or rework as you think
best.
Another thing: The exisiting docs use "AuthorizationIdentifier"/"Authorization
ID"/"authorization identifier" more or less synonymously with "user
name"/"user-name"/"userName"/"user ID""user id" (a bit of a mess). We could
tighten up that usage throughout, or introduce role name explicitly when
allowed, not sure what is best.
