Fix Version/s: 10.5.0.0
There has been interest in doing a full rewrite of the code that inserts rows
in an index backing a nullable unique constraint [1], which would make this fix
unnecessary. But since it's getting close to the 10.5 release and the work on
the rewrite hasn't started, I'm checking in the fix anyway to ensure that it
will be fixed 10.5.
