Can anyone confirm?
I think Jira has been updated, maybe this is a newly introduced
problem. I have also noticed that the attachments are no sorted in the
opposite order in my browser, where the newest attachment is now on
the top of the list/table.
I'm a bit short on free cycles right now, but maybe we should see if
there are any issues reported in the infra/Jira issue tracker (which
is also Jira).
