I don't think that we can say that this is a finished, full-fledged feature.
However, I would like to see the release notes mention that this is an
experimental feature which we'd like users to test-drive. We will need some
kind of primer (perhaps a wiki page) and it would be great if the release notes
could direct users to that primer for more information.
