We need to change the version number from 10.4 to 10.5 in the documentation.
These changes involve the conrefs.dita file and the map files for the various
books.
The Getting Started manual also needs to be updated, but that will be a
separate task after the release, because the command outputs need to be
accurate, and some of them display the build revision.
