I took a look at the patch, and it has some problems with markup in the
refderby.ditamap file. There should be just one line that changes, to add the
new topic. Instead there are lots and lots of changes, mostly arbitrary line
break changes. We'll need a new patch. I can work on one, but Mamta will need
to approve it, so there may not be time before Myrna needs to create the
release candidate. I'll see what I can do.
