I was suspecting that we'd see a lock timeout, but I didn't find any in the 
log. Did you run with a fresh database or with one where you'd seen the error 
before? Did you set the property before the Derby driver was loaded?

This last log shows that the error happened in getImportedKeys() so the problem 
does not seem to be limited to getIndexInfo().
