Hi Rick,

I think that's a good idea for the javadoc for our public API that we
make available under http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/10.X/publishedapi/.

The javadoc under http://db.apache.org/derby/javadoc is (or at least
used to be) generated from the latest development sources, so it's not
really connected to the release process.

I think someone (Andrew?) used to have a cron job that built and updated
the javadoc daily. Perhaps it's just a matter of restarting that cron
job. Otherwise, I guess it shouldn't be that difficult for someone else
to set up a new cron job.
