MogTest uses a random seed to generate a test configuration, and for some seeds
the test fails.
It is unclear whether these failures are test failures or a Derby product issue.
So far two types of failures has been observed:
a) Error too big between calculations (SQL and Java).
b) Differing number of buckets in calculations.
See DERBY-4085 for examples of seeds causing failures.
The test was contributed as part of DERBY-646.
