Attachment: TranslationPrep.java
Attaching TranslationPrep.java. This tool diffs the messages in two branches,
using an in-memory database and the PropertyFileVTI. The tool does the
following:
1) Converts the message files to UTF-8.
2) Lists the new messages, the changed messages, and the obsolete messages.
The following command gives you a usage summary for this tool:
java TranslationPrep
